Met with a gentleman at the front counter about this T.I. He stated he was the tenants father and needed information on this space his daughter was leasing. I printed out the buildings history from TideMark and identified a building permit was just submitted to convert this space from a tattoo parlor into a nail salon. Also informed the gentleman this permit had failed the intake due to no mechanical or plumbing plans. I gave him the applicants name and requested him to contact him about the status of the needed mechanical and plumbing plans.

called and spoke with Bruce Poe, let him know that I would accept the pre screen and route the plumbing scetches to Bill for review. Accepting the pre screen does not negate any of Bill's plumbing requirements including the design professional requirements.
