Kids To Kids Retail Building - (Shell Only) - To construct a new 13,185 square foot, one story retail shell building and related site improvements. This building is constructed of masonry exterior walls, steel interior framing with steel roof joists and metal roof deck. The roof cover over the sidewalk is constructed of wood trusses and sheathing. This shell building is proposed to have two tenant spaces. One of the tenant spaces "Uptown Cheapskate and Kid to Kid" is being completed using this set of plans under permit BLD14-01865. A separate tenant improvement permit will be required to finish the 4,005 sq. ft. vacant space on the west end of the shell building. This building is fully fire sprinkled. The sprinklers are required by IBC Section 903.2.7. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM
