(Dick's Sporting Goods) (MODIFICATION FOR MINOR INTERIOR CHANGES10-24-14) MODIFICATION OF PLANS PRIMARILY CONSISTING OF NOTES AND MINOR CHANGES TO INTERIOR WALLS. TI -- For tenant improvements to an existing 43,673 sq ft building previously occupied by Toys R Us with work to include demolition of interior nonbearing partition walls, plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems. The existing vestibule and part of the storefront is also being removed witrh the vestibule being moved to the interior of the building. The front entry is undergoing some minor structural modifications to include a new entry canopy and decorative masonary work including a facade and columns. Several new RTUs are being placed at new locations per the attached engineering. Interior modifications include new restrooms, office areas,breakroom, workroom and storage rooms. NO RACKING IS APPROVED UNDER THIS PERMIT. A SEPARATE RACKING PERMIT IS REQUIRED. All work per the approved plans any notations and the attached engineering. This is a fully sprinklered building for area increase; any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. CDM
