These walls were/are the pre existing walls prior to the current permit that separated the 12th and 14th floor. The door from the common restrooms through the common lobby shall never be locked to prevent access to the exit. The common lobby is not part of the tenant space for the 12th floor. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs**
