This project is for the interior remodel of an existing single family dwelling. The project will include interior partition work to allow for the reconfiguration of the basement bathroom, cutting in an egress window along with creating an office and fitness / bedroom with walk in closet. Separate electrical and plumbing permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
