To create a 503 square foot “Exploratorium” classroom within an existing 13,952 square foot tenant space. This tenant space is generally used for exhibit tours. The “Exploratorium” classroom may include tables, chairs, and a projection screen. The occupant load is 25 with tables and chairs; 40 with chairs only; and 72 with no tables, no chairs, and not other obstructions. The total assembly occupant load within this tenant space will be increased from 274 occupants to 346 occupants (370 occupants total). Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, exit signs, emergency lighting, and panic hardware. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
