The shell and core were built under BLD07-02855. COI intended on eventually moving into the remainder of the structure and this is the permit to do so. This portion of office and a portion of warehouse have not been occupied since the building was constructed in 2007. Scope of work to included 1st time build out of office space as shown on approved plans. Lighting for warehouse and office area, mechanical including new RTU in new office location. A new ADA restroom will be installed under this permit. A separate racking permit is required for any racking installed over 8 feet in height. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.
