Permit is for the new construction of a 63 sq. ft. restroom at the ground level to include a new sink, tub and toilet, also this permit includes the removal of non-load bearing walls at the second level to open up the floor plan removing one bedroom to make a single large master bedroom in the second floor, work to include a new larger closet and adding a new window in the restroom shower area, all work to be per the approved plans and current local codes.
