I had addressing correct the address on this permit. During the plan review process addressing gave it the wrong address. I have had that corrected and noted in the case summary the c of o issued. The small new confrence room falls under our policy and the changes to the the floor do not change the occupant loading issued under the existing c of o. No new c of o issues under this permit.

Existing fire alarm notification appliances exist at the 2nd floor, but only partial protection is provided. The large conference room will need compliant A/V notification. Spoke with Stacey at K2 construction regarding the Fire Code inspection correction items and allowing the building owner to move in and utilize completed areas. The building owner may move into completed areas, however, fire alarm modifications are required on the 2nd floor in all public and common use areas; this work will be performed under a separate fire alarm permit. Once all required work is completed, the current building permit will be signed off and finaled in the system.
