Permit is for the replacement of two window at the dining area and the bedroom #2 which needs to meet egress, also the work to include the exposing of interior and exterior wall for the installation of HVAC refrigerant lines and plumbing within the walls, work to include removing and enclosing a door in the utility room which led to the dinning area and adding a door in the utility room leading to the laundry hallway, all work to be per the approved plans and current local codes.
