R-1C zoning and setbacks per planning. Note: the trellis and pool in the open patio area and the restroom in the storage area are not part of the scope of work; a permit will be required for such work. This structure is also required to provide a 30 foot defensible space from undeveloped land in accordance with BMC 7-01-69 section 4920. A letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing/column subgrade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
