(BSU Alumni and Friends Center) This building is designed as separated use. Plan Modificaiton to revise the exterior precast veneer elements on the facade of the building to brick in varous areas. See approved floor plan for A2 occupant load seating. To change upper roof structure from steel beams and deck to premanufactured metal trusses. Additional steel columns and beams added to exterior to support brick beneer. 3/30/15 **ajs**Project includes outdoor plaza, trash enclosure and parking lot. Permit for the construction of a new 4 story separateduse, fully fire sprinklered building. This permit includes the 4 story structure and all associated site work on the approved drawings. The car shelter is under BLD14-02802 and is a separate structure. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs

Final for fire life safety cannot be completed until fire sprinkler and fire alarm permits are finaled, both FIR permits still have some work to be completed. Emergency lighting has been tested, fire extinguishers are in place with current inspection tags and door closers have been tested. After the FIR permits are finaled then life fire safety can be finaled.

Remove abanoned pipe below building footprint or fill with a high slump concrete.
Avoid direct tapping large diamter sewer lines. Connect to existing manhole 91A with a cleanout/direction change @ the property line. Service must be perpendicular to the main line within Public R/W.
Contact Public Works 48 hours prior to tapping manhole to obtain a tap permit and schedule a sewer inspection.
