Spoke with Steve Yates regarding a TCO for tenant. The occupant load requires 1 exit, however, 3 exits are provided within the space which include emergency light devices with intergrated batteries. The batteries are not funtioning therefore need to be replaced if the tenant selects to leave these devices installed. Informed Steve that a TCO will be approved while the batteries are ordered and installed. Additional item that needs to be corrected, per field inspectors comments, prior to occupancy is the required fire extinguisher.
