(EINSTEIN BROS. BAGELS - CITY OF BOISE AIR TERMINAL - 2ND STORY - FOOD COURT - WITHIN SECURITY AREA) Fire sprinklers used for fire area. To remodel an existing 1,329 square foot food preparation and food service tenant space (301 square foot “front of house” area and 1,028 square foot “back of house” kitchen area) located on the 2nd story next to the food court within the security area of the City of Boise Air Terminal. The “front of house” area will be reduced by about 222 square feet and the “back of house” kitchen area will be increased by about 222 square feet. The public will not be allowed within this tenant space. After being served, sit down dining for the public will be available in the food court. Work is to include new interior nonbearing walls, a new door with double-acting hinges installed between the “back of house” area and the “front of house” area, suspended acoustical ceilings, a new customer service counter, a hand sink, new millwork, and new finishes. Work within the kitchen includes a new hand sink, a gas convection oven, a new 88 square foot walk-in freezer with the condensing unit installed on the roof, shelves, and equipment. A new condensing unit will be installed on the roof to serve an existing walk-in cooler. The two existing grease hoods will be maintained. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
