This major remodel to an existing 1600s.f. 2-story single family dwelling will include: The razing of the complete upper level; adding 100s.f. to the lower level and reconstructing a new 960s.f. upper level that will extend over the previous addition under BLD13-03287. The existing main level will be reconfigured with a new stair to the new upper level. The upper level will consist of a master bedroom plus 2-smaller bedrooms and 2-bathrooms and a family room area. The front porch area will now extend across the front of the remodeled dwelling. R-1C ok per Colleen Carroll. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC permits are required. The heating for the addition is proposed to be using a ductless system. When decision is made there will be a new Manual J submitted for approvals.
