Permit is for the interior and exterior remodel of home, this home is in the WUI zone A and all exposed exterior work to be Class A rated construction, work to include the remodel of the kitchen/dining area, remodel of master bedroom , new master shower, enlarging the master closet , removing of interior walls and enclosing the porch area to enlarge the kitchen/dining area, all work to be per the approve plans, attached engineering and current local codes, an electrical, plumbing and mechanical permit is required.
