Although no impact fees were ever paid at this location, ACHD will provide a “prior use adjustment” to the new tenant, and no additional impact fees will be due. If this is just a tenant improvement, then Boise City will need to know that there are no impact fees due and no inspection required. You can forward this e-mail to whoever you are working with in the Building Department.
