This permit is for the remodel of the basement that will include interior partitions to create a smaller utility area and furnace room, including enclosing the under stair area. The project will include select interior partition work to Create a new bathroom and coat closet off of the main hallway and guardrail work over the stairs in the kitchen area including drywall repair throughout.
