Work is to include concrete footings, concrete foundations, exterior concrete flat work, interior concrete slab on grade, wood stud exterior walls, shear walls with hold downs, wood truss roof system, exterior roll-up doors, interior finishes, and exterior finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, with the structural design, and with all applicable codes and ordinances.
