Work to include minor demolition per the approved plans. Changes to the exterior of the existing building with the addition of an uncovered outside patio seating area. Two accessible restrooms will be constructed along with other nonbearing partition walls, new ceiling and wall finishes. Plumbing, mechanical and electrical shall permitted separately.
