Please upload a Major Tenant Improvement Checklist. This project does not comply as a Minor Tenant Improvement. There is additional square feet being added and it is not one of the approved occupancies that do apply to the Minor TI process. Upon completeing the #520 Major TI Checklist and submitting all appropriate documents I will complete the "Prescreening" process.
Some things I already see missing are:
1) Planning Approval
2) Code Analysis for new code showing compliance with additional area added.
3) Fire Flow letter from United Water.
4) Grading and drainage requirements. (Unless project meets exceptions)
