(PRESTIGE - BOISE TOWNE SQUARE - SPACE # 2329) To remodel an existing 2,408 square foot retail store by removing most interior partitions to create an open floor plan and add changing rooms. Work to include: installation of interior non-bearing partition walls to create three dressing rooms, demolition of interior non-bearing walls, and interior finishes in compliance with ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department, The smoke evacuation system shall remain operational as originally installed under the 1985 UBC. The design, testing and utilization of industrial steel storage racks shall be in accordance with the RMI Specification for the Design, Testing and Utilization of Industrial Steel Storage Racks.
