(BROADWAY DELI) - To build-out for the first time a 1,850 square foot tenant space for use by a deli restaurant within a vacant shell space constructed under BLD08-00593. Work to include: Construct a new tenant demising wall; construction of new interior nonbearing partition walls to create a dining area, kitchen, food prep area, two accessible restrooms for men/women, and an office; install kitchen equipment including a Type I hood; installation of a suspended ceiling; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC; install new emergency light fixtures and illuminated exit signs over the front exit door and rear exit door; lighting, mechanical, and plumbing work. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and adopted codes. One main exit can have a key locking device, readily distinguishable as being locked with approved sign as noted on plans. All others to be openable from egress side without the use of a key, special knowledge, or effort. Energy code compliance for the envelope was part of the SHELL permit. Mechanical and lighting compliance are a part of this permit. A separate commercial cooking hood suppression system permit is required; as regulated by the Fire Department. **SRZ**
