(SMASHBURGER - BOISE AIR TERMINAL - FOOD COURT - SECURITY AREA) Fire sprinkler system used for fire area. To remodel an existing 1,396 square foot food preparation and service area located on the 2nd story next to the food court within the security area of the City of Boise Air Terminal. Customer dining takes place outside of this tenant space within the existing food court. This space was formerly used by McDonald’s. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, suspended acoustical ceilings, millwork, a grease hood and duct system with 1-hr firewrap, kitchen equipment, a walk-in cooler, and finishes. New equipment will be installed on the roof including a new make-up air HVAC unit, a new make-up air unit to serve the grease hood, new condensing units, and new exhaust fans. Steel channel sleepers will be provided to support the equipment and to transfer the loads to the existing roof trusses. Special Inspection is required for welding. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
