Any construction not meeting code must be removed prior to framing inspection approval and any further construction being endorsed. This permit is for demolition work. Scope of work to includes removal of nonbearing partition walls, removal of existing plumbing, removal of interior finishes, removal of all existing outlets and wiring back to the box or properly terminated above ceiling line, and removal of some light fixtures. Do not remove ceiling unless sprinkler coverage is able to be maintained in accordance with the Boise City Fire Department.
