(PCA)(LOWER PLAZA DOOR ADDITION) Scope of work to include a new two way egress door. The door will have the “push to exit” button provided on each side. Only one side of the egress door has release sensors approved for this building in the basement by George Slayne 10/03/2007 as shown on approved plans. Door hardware shall meet ADA requirements. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs**
