Work to include: interior non-bearing wall for three new offices, one new storage room and one new conference room, the offices also include engineered post and beam construction, installation of new lighting fixture with some of the existing lighting to remain, addition of new vertical grab bars in existing ADA compliant restroom, HVAC is existing and will not be modified, This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.
