"WUI ZONE A" This permit is for the INTERIOR NON-STRUCTURAL DEMO of a single family dwelling. Scope of work includes removal of drywall, insulation, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. NO removal any exterior elements allowed under this scope of work. A separate application will be submitted for the remodel, any alterations to the existing framing, or additions. Separate permits for plumbing, electrical and mechanical will be required for any said installtions. All work is to comply with plans and local codes and ordinances.//leg
