(13 PERMITS UNDER CASE BLD15-00237 in ePlanReview) Bldg A (1) - Type 3 (Elev 3, A-203): To construct a new 3,804 sq. ft., two story, Four unit, apartment building. Each unit has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and 951 square feet. The 1st story units are required to be Type 'B' units. All units share a common path of egress into and through a 1/2-hour rated exit corridor with 20 minute fire-resistive, listed, labeled, self-closing door assemblies from the dwelling units into the corridor. All construction per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. One hour fire-partitions and one hour horizontal assemblies are required between dwelling units. This building is required to be fire sprinklered. Please Reference existing ESC14-01052 (Approved on 11-18-14) for requirements and BLD14-03267. (13 PERMITS UNDER CASE BLD15-00237 in ePlanReview) Bldg A (1) - Type 3 (Elev 3, A-203): Multifamily 4-Plex project consisting of 14 two-story buildings on 3.79 acre site located at 826 N Maple Grove, just north of Emerald. 13 buildings (52 units) will be 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom and 1 building (4 units) will be 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom.

Of the 13, 2 bedroom buildings, the two buildings located adjacent to Maple Grove have a different rear elevation and roof line and are designated as Building Type 3 while the other 2 bedroom buildings are Building Type 1. The 1 bedroom building is designated as Building Type 2.

Since all 14 buildings will be on the same parcel, they will all share the 826 N Maple Grove address. We propose to individually identify each building with a letter (A thru N) as shown on the site plan A-101. Within the plans, the buildings also have a number designation (1 thru 14) for plan referencing.
