(GARDNER COMPANY - US BANK - SUITE 1700) This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. To remodel the 17th story of an existing high-rise building for an office tenant. The area of the entire 17th story is about 14,520 square feet; however, this tenant will only occupy 7,479 square feet of that floor. The core (restrooms, elevators, stairways, corridor, etc.) has an area of about 2,663 square feet. Work is to include: interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, interior windows, interior lighting, and interior finishes all per the approved drawings. NOTE: The last permit for this space was a full floor tenant (BLD03-02949); the space remaining after this remodel was not reviewed for code compliance and an additional TI is required prior to that space being occupied. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
