Permit for the Interior remodel of existing second floor office space. Improvements include, but not limited to, new walls and ceilings, finishes, lighting, power/data, and limited mechanical and plumbing. The existing corridors are being downgraded while the fire sprinkler heads are upgraded to quick response. The access floor system is existing. The "Man Trap" door hardware shall meet IBC chapter 10 and 11 requirements. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs**
