Permit for interior remodel of 3rd story of existing single family dwelling. Scope of work includes new partion wall to create office, rebuild approx 20 linear feet of exisitng non-bearing partition walls along bathroom and closet. Bathroom remodel includes moving shower, lav and tub. Structural improvements to existing floor joists that were cut and addition of 2 beams per attached engineering.
