Permit is for the remodel of new 240 sq. ft. addition to master bedroom with new bathroom, 300 sq. ft. addition to living room space and new patio covering and patio deck area, replacement of all windows, work to include new footing foundation, 2x6 exterior walls w/ R21 insulation, floor system, engineered roof trusses, removal of select interior walls and exterior load bearing walls for addition, all work to be per the approved plans and current local codes, an electrical, plumbing and mechanical permit is required.
