A Certificate of Occupancy was issued to “Academy of Professional Careers” on May 2, 2001 under permit BLD00-03533. No new work is authorized under this permit. No change of occupancy classification is allowed under this permit. A separate tenant improvement permit is required to create the future toilet/shower room and to change a storage room to an assembly occupancy. The fire sprinkler system is required to be maintained in compliance with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to be maintained in compliance with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
