L3B1 - 6687 Winston (Bldg 3): To construct a new 3,836 sq. ft., two story, Four unit, apartment building. Each unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The 1st story units are 959 square feet and are required to be Type 'B' units. The 2nd story units are 959 square feet. All units share a common path of egress into and through a 1/2-hour rated exit corridor with 20 minute fire-resistive, listed, labeled, self-closing door assemblies from the dwelling units into the corridor. All construction per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. One hour fire-partitions and one hour horizontal assemblies are required between dwelling units. This building is required to be fire sprinklered.
