Each unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. 1st story unit 101 is 959 square feet, unit 102 is 1,007 square feet, and both are required to be Type 'B' units. 2nd story unit 201 is 959 square feet and unit 202 has 984 square feet. All units share a common path of egress into and through a 1/2-hour rated exit corridor with 20 minute fire-resistive, listed, labeled, self-closing door assemblies from the dwelling units into the corridor. All construction per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. One hour fire-partitions and one hour horizontal assemblies are required between dwelling units. This building is required to be fire sprinklered.
