I sent the following email. The application failed prescreen
In performing the prescreen racking review I have noted the following omission or errors:
Omission – Form #516 – Commercial Racking/Shelving Submittal Checklist
Omission - Form #302 – Contractors Registration Declaration
Omission – Form #306 – Certificate of Value
Omission – ICC Evaluation Service Report
Error - Form #310 – Is present but has not been completed. Please, do not forget the stamp for the Design Engineer or Architect
Error – Reflected Ceiling Plan A200 – Has a symbol for emergency lights however, none are shown on the plan view. Please, show location of emergency lights.
Error – Fixture Plan – The fixture plan does not show the location of the fire extinguishers. Please, show the location of the fire extinguishers.
Error – Provide the note indicated on the check list (second item from the bottom on page 3) on the drawing.
The omissions and errors are required to be corrected before the racking permit can be reviewed.
