A valid site plan showing the subdivision property lines is required. Dimensions between buildings and property lines shall be shown. Building walls closer than 10 feet to a property line shall have a 1-hr fire-resistance-rating from both sides. The area of wall openings may be limited and parapets, or an alternative to parapets, may be required.
