Life fire safety passed/complete. All exterior personel doors had thumb turn deadbolt locks, job site foreman removed thumb turn devices/deadbolts at time of inspection. I instructed job site foreman that one door is allowed a double keyed deadbolt and all other doors needed to be single action type locking mechanism.
