talked to Valorie and Casey at ACHD-the customer has paid the 200.00 plan review fee but will still owe impact fees. Once the plan review is complete the engineer will assess the impact fees. As per Rita if they pay us the ACHD fees - create a ACHD permit-if the customer is going to pay ACHD then we don't need to create a ACHD permit but we will need the rec or inv from ACHD and at this point please make sure the paper from ACHD says yeah or neay for the inspections....thank you
