Description	(THE KENSINGTON APARTMENTS - BUILDING F) The drawings are filed under BLD15-01118 in ePlanReview. The NFPA 13-R fire sprinkler system is used for occupancy. To construct a 10,024 square foot two story apartment and parking garage building (5,032 sq. ft. 1st story with 14 one car garages and one 1.e dwelling unit and 4,992 sq. ft. 2nd story with one 2.h dwelling unit, one 2.f dwelling unit, and three 1.f dwelling units). Two units share an interior stairway, two units share a different interior stairway, and one unit has its own interior stairway. Work is to include concrete footings, concrete foundations, concrete slabs on grade, wood stud bearing walls, wood stud shear walls, fiberglass shingles, fiber-cement board siding, manufactured stone veneer, 1-hr dwelling unit separations, interior stairways, interior nonbearing walls, millwork, and finishes. Special Inspection is required for soils and for concrete. The roof truss design is a deferred submittal item. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13-R as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. CJW
