Detail how the eaves will be placed relative to property line walls. 2-hr walls must extend all the way to the underside of the highest roof deck. Detail how laydown parapets will be constructed. Exterior walls at property lines must be 1-hr rated from both sides.
3) Upload a copy of the approved and recorded subdivision plat.
With this information, a plan intake review for Phase 3 can be completed.
