This renovation is entirely within an existing suite. Minor demolition shall be per the approved plans. Structural renovation and special inspections required per attached documents. The 1 hour smoke barrier shall be maintained in the existing suite. New imaging equipment shall meet NEC requirements. Please contact the City of Boise electrical divisions for requirements for the new equipment. All new interior finish shall meet IBC chapter 8 requirements. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. ajs
