The building is not fire sprinklered and utilizes enhanced lighting to comply with the 2012 IECC. Scope of work includes: construction of a poured concrete foundation, construction of a wood and steel framed exterior envelope, [construction of interior non-bearing walls to create a dining area, two accessible restrooms, a commercial kitchen, and a walk-in cooler], installation of new windows and accessible doors, new electrical, new mechanical, new class I hood, new plumbing, site work, and interior finishes. As for the wet road: The are utilizing water to keep dust down, and aid their sweeping process, which is on a 3 times per day schedule. Jim Pickard drove by today as well, and had no issue. There is nothing in any City Code/Ordinance that deals with "Hauling" rules and regulations. All drop Inlets are protected and are regularly maintained to reduce any potential of discharge into the MS4.
