As for the wet road: The are utilizing water to keep dust down, and aid their sweeping process, which is on a 3 times per day schedule. Jim Pickard drove by today as well, and had no issue. There is nothing in any City Code/Ordinance that deals with "Hauling" rules and regulations. All drop Inlets are protected and are regularly maintained to reduce any potential of discharge into the MS4.
