This building does NOT have a fire sprinkler system. This tenant space has been occupied by a B Occupancy before but no Certificate of Occupancy could be found. No new work is authorized under this permit except for minor work needed to correct noncompliant conditions that may exist. Painting, carpeting, and similar finish work are not required to have a permit. Double dead bolts will be installed on non-egress doors located between tenant spaces. No change of occupancy classification is allowed under this permit.
