This remodel project is for the remodel in an existing single family dwelling that will include the removal of an existing stairway and relocating the access to the upper level using a new code complying stair. The select interior partition work will create a larger master bathroom area in the upper level master suite along with creating a new guest room on the main level. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required. all per the approved plans as marked and the plan review notes. pep
