This building is not fire sprinklered. New plumbing is only allowed to connect to existing stubs and no new penetrations of the existing floor/ceiling assemblies is allowed and the existing one hour rated wall assemblies are required to be maintained. NOTE: all asbestos must be abated in compliance with the “Department of Environmental Quality” requirements.
