Spoke with James. Informed him that they can request for a 180 day extension if needed, but it would be the final one they could receive. Also informed him that the GC would need to bring in a letter or reciept from ACHD stated the amout due/paid and if an inspection is required by them. Stated that we would need a 306 and the 302 to put our fees in.
