To isolate a 1,127 square foot lab area from the rest of the open lab area. Rated corridor must be maintained. Work is to include: infill existing openings with non-combustible framing, construct new rated corridor walls, install a new 20 min rated door / associated hardware, new mechanical, new plumbing, and interior finishes. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. TLW
