Consulted wih general contractor, areas throughtout the scope of work have issues with the fire sprinkler system. Heads are to close together (Less than 6ft) where a wall was removed, new cubicle office area, south side of tenant space. Heads in the new conference room are 10ft 6in off of the wall, south side of tenant space, heads are overspaced. Heads in the new cubicle office are are over 15ft apart, south side of tenant space, heads are overspaced. Calculations will need to be verified for square footage per head, check to see if fire sprinkler system can sustain 225 square feet per head based on light hazard application.
